Inspire Women is a tapestry of the interwoven lives and experiences of a group of Oldham women, their stories contributing to the writing of a new story, an inspiring story of women helping women, of women hoping for and enabling change, of women re-defining their stories, their previously unheard wisdom shaping a dynamic, co-created organisation that encompasses and celebrates Heart Centred Leadership.
Inspire Women believes that the current power systems based on control doesn't work and calls for a different concept of power based on trust that is more balanced, more inclusive. Our website invites you into our community, to connect and share in our fabulous journey stories, our brightest moments and our transformations.
We are part of a world where our voices and our ability to contribute, our power to act has been eroded. We were seen as a set of labels, a set of deficiencies, problems that needed fixing.
